One of CURE's key strategic objectives is to identify specific disabilities in the developing world on which we can have a major impact. There are programs in place to target clubfoot and cleft lip/palate, two of the most common congenital birth defects. Both can be easily cured by early identification and intervention. CURE works with the world's best medical experts to establish evidence-based protocols that can be implemented across all of our hospitals to treat these conditions.

In addition, CURE is focused on providing training and education programs to national medical professionals. These individuals then have the knowledge and skills to share with others and raise the standard of care in their countries.
