Members of this team will minister directly with the patients and their families through: Bible Stories, crafts, songs, prayer, assigned tasks...working alongside the Spiritual Minstry Team.
Artists wanted: Under the guidance of the Executive Directors office, the hospital is looking for someone to design murals/mosaics ahead of time and oversea the artwork on the field. This artwork will minister to the children and families in the ward and waiting areas.
Construction skills needed: A playground for disabled children would serve as therapeutic entertainment. It would help build strong bodies and pass the time of recuperation. The Executive Directors office has basic concepts but needs help with design, material list etc.
We will try to accomodate team members with specific medical skills by offering opportunities to serve or observe in their field.Trip participants will be housed in modern facilities during your time in Zambia. Plenty of purified drinking water and nutritious Zambian food will be provided.
Applications due by Feb. 9, 2010.
