Short Term Application
Thanks for your interest in going on a short-term trip with CURE!
To apply, please complete the following steps. You may either email or mail the necessary documents to us.
Step 1: Choose an application to begin the process. Each person that is going on the trip will need to fill out an application.
Step 2: Once you have completed your application, email or mail us a clean copy of your passport.
Step 3: If you are Medical Personnel, you will also need to include a copy of your diploma, curriculum vitae (resume) and current medical license.
